Give someone your whole reading of a book.
Every book you read leaves a margin's worth of you behind — the line that caught your breath, the argument you picked with a character, the thing you said out loud to an empty room. We built Our Book Nook so those thoughts have somewhere to live.
Take a note the second it lands, written or spoken. Notes are tied to chapters, not page numbers, so a thought keeps its place in any edition.
And when you finish, everything you said inside the book — in the order you said it — becomes a reflection: one thing you can keep, give to one person, or open with a club. Whoever receives it opens it against their own copy and meets your thoughts chapter by chapter, each one sealed until they've read that far. You write an inscription at the front; record it, and your voice is the first thing they hear.

When meeting day arrives, your club's notes bind into one discussion guide — not generic questions from the internet, but what your particular readers noticed, raised, and argued about. Rodney prepares it. You discuss.
Until then, everything stays sealed from anyone reading behind you, so nobody is spoiled and nobody has to hang back. Schedule the meeting, settle the menu, share photos from the night.
When the book is done it becomes a volume on your club's shelf: the ratings, the night's best quarrel, who hosted, what was poured.

This is not another social network. There is no search, no directory, no followers, and no endless feed. You connect with a friend by handing them a key — an invite link that works once — and what you see of each other is simple: a small reading light that's lit when they're reading right now, the book, the chapter. A feed called Lately that ends, and says so.
