Email [email protected]. We answer within two business days. If something is broken, telling us what you were doing when it broke — the club, the book, the screen — is usually enough for us to find it.

Reporting Something Someone Wrote

Anywhere another member's words appear — a note on the road, a reply, a message in the margin, a reflection — press and hold it. Two things are offered, and they are not the same act:

• Report sends the note to us with a reference so we can find it without you having to describe it. We read every report within 24 hours and remove anything that breaks the rules, along with the account behind it when that is warranted.
• Hide stops that person's writing appearing on your device. It is a preference, not an accusation — nothing is sent, and they are never told. You can undo it the same way.

You can also report by email. Send it to [email protected] and say where you saw it.

Your Account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your captures, your recordings and your sign-in. If you would rather we did it, email us from the address on the account.
